Best Fashion Instagrams of the Week: Chloë Sevigny, Sam Smith, and Naomi Campbell

As we enter March—and the promise of warmer weather awaits us—it seems as if celebrities are shedding their heavy coats and showing off some truly delightful looks. Case in point: Maluma showing his short-cut Versace swim trunks on a pristine, undisclosed beach. (Drop the location, please!). For the NAACP Image awards, Zendaya opted for a fabulous modern reinterpretation of a classic cut-out Prada look from the 1990s. Lil Nas X sported those viral Astro Boy-adjacent MSCHF boots with what I can only best describe as a superhero bodysuit (very fitting for the cartoonish shoes). Sam Smith, meanwhile, danced in pieces from the covetable Simone Rocha spring 2023 collection, calling it “lorry driver chic.”

There were fabulous glimpses of emerging trends too. Namely, the casualization of opera gloves. sex education and future Doctor Who star Ncuti Gatwa donned a latex pair for the BAFTAS. Dua Lipa put a hooded, Grace Jones-flavored spin on the moto-leather trend while in Paris. And Chloë Sevigny’s style is the gift that keeps on giving, as proven by the brown fur and blue bows the actor wore to the Loewe presentation in Paris.
