HARD Summer’s Long-Awaited Return to LA Meets the Moment With Massive 2023 Lineup

HARD Summer is moving from San Bernardino to LA in 2023 and bringing along Black Coffee, Skrillex b2b Four Tet, Kid Cudi and many more.

Reunited, and it feels so good.

A reunion 10 years in the making is reconnecting HARD Summer with its LA roots after the festival’s organizers in early 2023 announced a return to the City of Angels. Typically held in San Bernardino, the fest debuted back in 2008 and has since operated as one of Southern California’s biggest EDM events.

Scheduled for August 5-6, this year’s edition of HARD Summer will take place at a “brand new, never-before-used venue combination,” according to a press release shared with EDM.com in January. They’ve now revealed the festival’s lineup, which more than meets the moment of the long-awaited reunion.

HARD Summer’s return to LA will feature a slew of can’t-miss B2B sets, including Skrillex and Four Tet, Kaskade and John Summit, Diplo and BLOND:ISH, and Yellow Claw and Flosstradamus. Performances from Dillon Francis, ISOxo, Knock2, Netsky, Boys Noize, Space Laces, Giolì & Assia, Kid Cudi and Ludacris were also revealed.

The HARD Stage will feature mainstage EDM acts at the Green Lot on the south side of BMO Stadium, and the HARDER Stage on the South Lawn will offer a multi-genre experience, most likely incorporating hip-hop. Fans of techno and house music can cut shapes at the Pink Stage at Christmas Tree Lane Park while bass music enthusiasts will be able to let loose at the Green Stage inside the LA Coliseum.

“We are thrilled to host HARD Summer’s return to Los Angeles as part of our centennial anniversary celebration,” said Joe Furin, General Manager of the Coliseum. “As home to the most iconic events in the world, this festival is an exciting addition to our 100-year history.”
